Fairview's neighborhood coffee house
Cream & Sugar started with a simple idea: give Fairview a place worth lingering in — great coffee, house-scooped ice cream, and a room that feels good to sit in.
The space
Couches, armchairs, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a lofi soundtrack — the room was designed to slow you down. There's always a seat here with your name on it.
The coffee
The menu rotates with the seasons, but the craft stays constant. Guests keep coming back for the Honey Badger, Bee Sting Latte, and the cold brew — and there's always something new worth trying.
The ice cream
The affogato — espresso over cookie dough ice cream — and the banana pudding have become the reasons people come back. Not every coffee house scoops ice cream, but this one does it right.
The regulars
The staff remembers names and orders, and the community that's grown up around this spot is the kind you don't stumble into by accident.
